Mr. Branislav Grujic, president of PSP-FARMAN Corp. company in Moscow, Russian Federation, might have as well made a brilliant career in his homeland, since he was born in Belgrade, originated from a distinguished family and received high and advanced education. However, instead of making easy business career in past times, Mr. Grujic has chosen more difficult ways and challenges that follow a private entrepreneur career.

Excerpts from Mr. Grujic's biography show that he was born on July 14th, 1961. His father Bogdan Grujic was a graduated engineer and professor, whereas his mother, Milica Gruic (maiden name Dedijer), was a graduated economist. Branislav Grujic attended elementary school in Germany and high school in Belgrade (IV Gymnasium in Belgrade.) In 1984 he has graduated at the School of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade, at the Department of Mechanics, and shortly after that obtained MA degree. As a graduated student he attended one semester at the University of Karslruhe.

In January 1985 he became teaching fellow at the School of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade and held course Theory of Mechanics. Since he was just 24, it was a great success at the time in former Yugoslavia. Mr. Grujic in a little while began his advanced studies, often as a participant at many international and domestic conferences in the field (mechanics and mechanization).

In just a few years, in 1992, he became director of Engineering Directorate with Jugodrvo Company. In 1994, after first private initiative steps in Jugodrvo Company, he has completely set out to do the private business.

Grujic underlines that opening of the Russian market, following the fall of the Berlin Wall, induced him to begin planning, with a few likeminded persons, establishment of a new firm. Since 1994 the firm grew more and more and has become a significant company in its domain. In 1997 his firm and PSP company, founded by its director Mr. Arcadio Blanc, have been merged. Mr. Blanc and Mr. Grujic considered necessary to create a new structure on the basis of their former companies. Decision on merging the two companies into new corporation, PSP-FARMAN Corp., appeared to be right, competitive to many international firms, while Mr. Grujic and Mr. Blanc became two co-presidents of the corporation. The history of the corporation is available at www.psp-farman.com.

Besides the co-president position, Mr. Branislav Grujic is vice-president of the Administrative Committee of the International Association of Commercial Chambers of Russia and Yugoslavia (IBA), president of Committee for Funding Small and Middle Size Enterprises and president of the Administrative Committee of Jugodrvo Company.
